Kakuro is a cross-sum logic puzzle: a crossword-shaped grid where each across and down "run" of white cells must be filled with distinct digits 1–9 that add up to the small clue printed beside it. There are no given numbers — the sums are the only clues, and the same digit can never repeat within a single run. On Sukuro every Kakuro board is freshly generated, verified to have exactly one solution, and playable instantly in your browser with no app to download.
What makes it click is combination logic: for any clue and run length only a few digit sets are possible — a 2-cell run of 4 can only be 1+3, a run of 17 only 8+9. Sukuro surfaces these as combination hints, a built-in coach explains the next logical step in your language, and there is a complete combinations chart to reference. It runs in eight languages with full large-print and right-to-left support, and any puzzle exports to a printable PDF.
Most Kakuro sites give you a grid and nothing else. Sukuro teaches the combination reasoning behind every run: live combination hints, a coach that explains the next move, a full combinations reference, and a 1–100 difficulty ladder that means the same thing every time. Accessibility is always free — large-print, high-contrast themes, full keyboard play, and right-to-left layout are never locked behind Premium.
